Office 365 este o suita de servicii de productivitate bazate pe tehnologia Cloud, care poate include:

Acesta intareste urmatoarele reguli:

  • Tu detii controlul asupra datelor tale.
  • Tu stii ce se intampla cu datele tale.
  • Microsoft furnizeaza masuri de securitate puternice, care iti protejeaza datele.
  • Datele tale nu se utilizeaza in scopuri publicitare.
  • Microsoft susține practica prin care autoritatile statale ti se adreseaza direct pentru solicitari de date, cu exceptia cazului in care acest lucru este interzis prin lege si va contesta in instanta tentativele de a interzice notificarea ta cu privire la astfel de solicitari.

 

MITUL NR. 7 Pepas Cloud

Skype for Business te lasa sa adaugi pana la 250 de persoane in sedințe online iar daca depasesti 250 de persoane poti crea o sedinta de tip broadcast ce poate avea pana la 10000 de participanti, iti ofera securitate adaptata pentru nevoile unei firme, iti permite sa gestionezi conturile angajatilor si se integreaza cu aplicatiile Office pe care le detii.
Skype for Business se integreaza cu Office 365, ceea ce iti ofera un plus de productivitate, oferind persoanelor libertatea de a se conecta asa cum doresc. Angajatii pot efectua si primi apeluri, pot face prezentari si pot participa la sedinte, folosind o singura aplicatie, indiferent unde s-ar afla, singura cerinta fiind prezenta unei conexiuni la internet.

Cu Skype for Business, nu ai nevoie de un administrator separat, care sa se ocupe de functionarea serverelor, si nici de investitii in infrastructuri suplimentare. Microsoft se ocupa de tot. Fiind o componenta a Office 365, Skype for Business ofera utilizatorilor caracteristici noi, actualizari
si corectii, imediat ce se lansează. Skype for Business si versiunea Skype pentru consumatori pot fi federalizate, pentru a permite comunicarea intre platforme.

Atunci cand muti serviciile de e-mail ale companiei in cloud, poti sa te relaxezi, fiindca stii ca expertii care au creat acest software se ocupa de operatiunile dificile de intretinere, in vreme ce echipa ta se poate ocupa de controlul capacitatilor detinute de companie si de modul in care angajatii folosesc caracteristicile serviciului.
Poti petrece mai mult timp pentru operatiunile principale, care sporesc valoarea firmei, in loc sa te ocupi de operatiuni de intretinere hardware interminabile.
Actualizarile si remedierile pentru software-uri se livreaza automat, imediat dupa lansarea lor, iar Exchange Online este intotdeauna primul pe lista de actualizari. Desi gestiunea si actualizarile sunt complet automate, continui sa detii controlul atunci cand ai nevoie, folosind Exchange Admin Center.

Pentru ca sunt multe variante in care poti gasi Office 365, iti recomandam colaborarea cu o firma ce detine expertiza in acest domeniu, pentru a te ajuta sa faci alegerea corecta potrivita nevoilor tale. Stiind cat de mult conteaza ca angajatii sa aiba acces la aplicatiile esentiale pentru afacerea ta si la programele de completare din Office, Microsoft se angajeaza sa asigure compatibilitatea cu instrumentele pe care le utilizezi in fiecare zi impreuna cu Office 365.

Iata cum procedeaza:

  • Ofera acelasi standard international acceptat pentru aplicatiile desktop, ca si instrumentele familiare pe care le cunosti si le apreciezi deja, cum ar fi Word, PowerPoint si Excel.
  • Incearca din greu sa garanteze că, desi actualizeaza regulat Office in Cloud, actualizarile nu influenteaza negativ zonele care ar putea afecta alte aplicatii software. De exemplu, in ultimele 24 de luni, lansarile lunare pentru Office 365 nu au adus cu sine modificari la modelele de obiecte sau API-uri. Identity. We take seriously the confidentiality of all records that contain personal data. For this reason, please send us your requests regarding such registrations using the e-mail address associated with your Pepas Cloud account. Otherwise, we reserve the right to verify your identity by requesting additional information aimed at confirming your identity.

Fees. We will not charge a fee to exercise any right in respect of your personal data, unless your request for access to information is unfounded, repetitive or excessive, in which case we will charge a reasonable amount in such circumstances. We will inform you of any fees applied before resolving your request.

Response time. We intend to respond to any valid requests within a maximum of 30 working days, unless this is particularly complicated or if you have made several requests, in which case we will respond within a maximum of 60 days. We will let you know if we need more than 30 days. We may ask you if you can tell us exactly what you want to receive or what worries you. This will help us to act faster and shorten the response time to your request.

Third party rights. We must not comply with a request if it would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other data subjects.

You have the following rights:

to confirm if we process your personal data;

to provide you with a copy of this data;

to provide you with other information about your personal data, such as the data we have, what we use it for, to whom we disclose it, if we transfer it abroad and how we protect it, how long we keep it, what rights you have, how you can make a complaint, from where we obtained your data, insofar as the information has not already been provided to you by this information.

You may ask us to rectify or complete your inaccurate or incomplete personal data. We may try to verify the accuracy of the data before rectifying it.

You can ask us to delete your personal data, but only if:

they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; or

you have withdrawn your consent (if the data processing is based on consent); or

exercise a legal right to oppose; or

they were processed illegally; or

We have a legal obligation in this regard. We have no obligation to comply with your request to delete your personal data if the processing of personal data is necessary:

for the observance of a legal obligation; or

for finding, exercising or defending a right in court.

You can ask us to restrict the processing of personal data, but only if:

their accuracy is contested (see the rectification section), to allow us to verify their accuracy; or

processing is illegal, but you do not want the data to be deleted; or

they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, but you need them to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court; or

You have exercised your right to object, and verification that our rights prevail is ongoing. We may continue to use your personal data following a request for a restriction if:

we have your consent; or

to ascertain, exercise or ensure the defense of a right in court; or

to protect the rights of Pepas Cloud or another natural or legal person.

You can ask us to provide you with personal data in a structured, commonly used format that can be read automatically, or you can request that it be “ported” directly to another data controller, but in each case only if:

the processing is based on your consent or on the conclusion or execution of a contract with you; and

processing is done by automatic means.

You may request not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing, but only when that decision:

produces legal effects on you; or

affects you in a similar way and to a significant extent. This right does not apply if the decision reached following the automatic decision-making:

we are required to enter into or enter into a contract with you;

is authorized by law and there are adequate guarantees for your rights and freedoms;

or is based on your explicit consent.

You have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
